Series 150 – modular design produced in series

  • Standard feature up to size 3: eccentric shaft with four roller bearings

  • Minimum danger of tilting due to two connecting rods are wide apart
  • Ram guiding system with clearance-free, prestressed roller bearings with integrated linear roller bearings (linear guides)

Your advantages in brief

Punching and metal forming equipment made of cast iron and welded steel, monobloc or tension-rod designn.

  • Linear slide guidance with pre-stressed, clearance-free roll guidance system
  • Eccentric shaft with four bearing assemblies
  • Patented, automatic stroke adjustment
  • Drive gear with oil-tight gear casing, pressure oil lubrication
  • Drive option: direct drive or coaxial planetary gear
    Optionally also with draw crank mechanism:
    • slower slide movement during punching
    • optimum quality for deep-drawn and punching parts
    • longer tool life and higher output
    • reduced noise level
  • Lubricating oil, hydraulic and compressed air systems integrated in the press columns.



Machine frame
The machine frame is a split four-column design with crown, side columns with cross beams, and press table.  Four hydraulically pre-stressed steel tie rods brace it together to form a rigid unit.  The material combination used - nodular graphite cast iron and steel - offers both optimum vibration behaviour of the machine frame and increased rigidity.

Centre drived
The eccentric shaft is made of high-quality forged CrNi steel and has four slide bearings. The drive gear bearing points are lubricated with oil from the central pressure oil lubrication system via internal oil channels. The complete drive unit is accommodated in the crown (centre drive).

Standardised technology, modular structure
and high availability of the units are
characteristics of SIEMENS S7 SIMATIC 300.

Linear slide guidance
Pre-stressed, clearance-free roll guidance
system (linear slide guidance, fully encapsulated).
Accuracy of guidance is achieved over the entire
stroke and slide adjusting range. All horizontal
and vertical forces are taken up in an optimum
manner. The slide guidance is connected to the
central pressure oil lubrication system.
