1990 Aquisition of Sprout Bauer:
Complementing the product range with screening and sieving equipment as well as adding extensive global market coverage, mainly for municipal customers.
1991 Aquisition of TCW:
Adding drum dryers to the product range.
1993 Aquisition of 50% of Guinard Centrifugation:
Complementing the dewatering product range with high-quality decanter centrifuges.
2002 Aquisition of 100% of Guinard Centrifugation
2002 Aquisition of 3SYS Trocknungssysteme AG / Switzerland:
Complementing the drying process range with belt drying systems.
2003 Aquisition of Bird-Humboldt and Rittershaus & Blecher business:
Complementing the dewatering product range with large decanters and filter presses.
2004 Aquisition of Netzsch Filtration

2005 Aquisition of Lenser Filtration
Lenser being a leading manufacturer of filter elements for solid/liquid separation in filter presses, the Business Area significantly strengthened its product range through this acquisition. Andritz is now able to offer tailor-made dewatering solutions, also for filter presses to meet customer requirements.
