The worldwide Andritz service network with 9 specialised workshops and a further 7 support points with service engineers are waiting to service and refurbish your machine. We offer highly qualified services for repairs and refurbishments. Over 700 repaired rotors a year worldwide speak for themselves.

In addition to the Bird Humboldt, Bird, KHD, Hiller-System, R&B, and Netzsch series, which we as manufacturer handle in our own works, we also repair other makes.

Filter Presses:

There comes a time, when even the best machine must be overhauled....
Filter presses are almost a proverb for extremely long service life and therefore it is definitely worthwhile to refurbish a machine from 1963 rather than to buy a new one. We will get your filter press into working order - even as good as new, if you want. It pays off to have your machine overhauled directly from the manufacturer: we know our machines, have the necessary experience, and our customers appreciate that!

In our archives we keep complete files of our machines even going back to 1955 as year of construction. Our files will provide us with information such as spare part supplies or retrofitting works in the past. This means, we know which parts of your machine are new and which are not. When we refurbish your filter press, the original dimensional drawings of all components are available to us and we will supply to you the original parts. Everything we supply, fits! Ask for references in your geographical area!

If your press is equipped with ductile iron plates, then we can offer a low-cost refurbishment of the plates to extend their service life. If ductile iron plates are overhauled in time, they are as good as new.

The press functionality can be maintained for a long time by individual refurbishment and repair solutions. Repair work normally includes removal of corrosion damage, replacement of worn parts and supply of new plates and filter cloths.
