Shape Meter Roll Surfaces

The shape meter rolls manufactured of solid steel have a completely closed  surface (gap-free and homogeneous). Various surfaces are available for different cases of application:

• Hardened steel surface
• Chrome coating
• Tungsten carbide coating
• Rubber resp. polyurethane coating

The service life of the roll surface is nearly indefinite due to the use of wear-resistant coatings, as e.g. tungsten carbide.
