DURING PROJECT EXECUTION After contract award a specifically designated project manager is the central interface to our customer. Supported by an interdisciplinary team he has the full responsibility on all project related aspects (technical, contractual, organizational). This clear interface ensures a centralized, consistent, and rapid flow of information and decision taking during the project execution phase.
AFTER DELIVERY After delivery of the equipment you are not left on your own. You can rely on our logistic support. For instance, we keep substantial stocks of spare parts for immediate shipment of consumable components.
For maintenance and repair jobs we have qualified field service engineers. Requests for service can be made directly to our center of competence in Ravensburg, Germany or through our representatives and service stations located in all major shipbuilding and shipping countries. In the event of accidents, such as grounding, we can recondition the controllable pitch propeller plant within a minimum of time. Our service section operates without any ´red tape` and has had exceptional success in repairing even badly damaged CPP plants.
For training, operating and maintenance personnel of our customers, we give training courses to instructors, crews and staff of repair facilities.
