EcoDry's technology is a simple and efficient system. Dried granulate is burnt in the cyclone furnace, where the conditions required for optimum combustion are achieved.
Andritz EcoDry can be combined with any dryer type, and only the type of heat exchanger will be different for the different dryer types. High thermal efficiency, a necessity in terms of environmental protection, is obtained.
Due to the two-stage process the combustion can be adapted exactly, to the individual sludge composition. Emissions of such pollutants as NOx, CO or organic carbon dioxide are kept low.
