Solid Bowl Decanter Centrifuge

The solid -bowl decanter is the basic, standard machine, to which features can be added for special applications. The solid bowl is ideal, for clarification of liquids, thickening of sludges, and the separation of solids.

Screen Bowl Decanter Centrifuge

Screen bowl decanters discharge crystalline solids over the conical seciton. These are transported along a cylindrical screen section, where the solids are further dewatered - combining the steps of sedimentation and filtration in one machine. Where advantageous, the solids can be washed on the screen.

3-Phase Decanter

This machine is used when not only a solid must be separated from the liquid buth when the liquid contains two phases of differing densities. By separating the two liquids in the decanter, the application of a downstream disk centrifuge can be optimized or eliminated.

Sorting Centrifuge - CENSOR

The CENSOR centrifuge is used to sort primarily plastic solids of differing densities at very sharp cuts. During the process, the product is washed using a minimal quantity of water. The resulting products are then available for high-quality reuse.
