To complement our service capabilities, we manufacture and stock a full range of engineered wear products. We can assist in maintenance planning, on-site coordination, supervision, and schedule maintenance work. We also offer specialized operator and maintenance training.

Our Services

Individual service packages

ANDRITZ offers a portfolio of contract maintenance services to ensure maximum uptime of your equipment. The contracts range from regularly scheduled inspection of key machinery and components, to preventive maintenance at agreed intervals (based on operating hours or production throughput), to turnkey agreements for maintenance and repair for which everything can be covered at a fixed price. All agreements are customized to meet your specific application and requirements.

Repair services

ANDRITZ makes a considerable investment in sustaining its global service network to ensure that customers are supported by experienced personnel, the best tools, and specialized workshops to inspect, repair, and recondition machinery and to supply the highest quality wear parts. Our high-quality services for repairs and refurbishments include over 6,000 roller refurbishments per year and over 100 main shaft repairs and refurbishments. We use genuine replacement parts certified to our strict quality requirements to improve the reliability and durability of your equipment.
