Weighing of raw material

The raw materials received are stored in silos from where the materials are then weighed in batches according to the recipe required.

ANDRITZ provides precise batch weighing of raw materials for livestock feed processing. Weighing is carried out by dosing in hopper scales and used for individual constituents of formula mixtures. Precise and fast weighing with the possibility of two weighing aggregates optimizes the weighing process. This contributes to faster feed of the further production flow, thereby increasing output.
