At certain throughputs it is necessary to split up the material flow out of the Buffer Bin for the following dewatering action.
Therefore Andritz has developed a special discharge system for distribution of the Bagasse to the Modular Screw Devices.
Bagasse conveyors feed the raw material either directly from the Buffer Bin to the Bagasse Overflow Screw or when dewatering devices are included from the Modular Screw Devices to the Overflow Screw.
The Overflow Conveyor provides proper transportation back to the Buffer Bin.
All of these Conveyors are designed to take under consideration the special properties of bagasse.
To guarantee excellent feeding further to the pressurized refining system the Bagasse Overflow Screw feeds either into the Pin Drum Feeder or excess material back to the Buffer Bin. |
