The Bagasse wet cleaning system starts with the Dilution Tank where fresh moist depithed as well as stored bagasse can be fed into in order to dilute it with recycled washing water to washing consistency.
Bagasse and wash water is constantly mixed by an impeller driven by a standard AC-Motor.
Due to the turbulences originated by this system Andritz is able to pre-clean bagasse to a very high degree.
