OPE^R is a service concept designed by Andritz to improve the operational performance of your mill or production line – greenfield or existing. OPE^R works over the lifetime of the assets, focusing on continuous improvement over ”baseline” performance.

OPE^R service agreements are tailored to meet every customer’s requirements – from single equipment service contracts up to mill wide maintenance outsourcing contracts.

OPE^R starts with an understanding of the process and it uses world-class maintenance procedures to prevent equipment failures. OPE^R utilizes all Andritz capabilities and global Service organization know-how.

The Goal of the OPE^R is to meet agreed targets for production reliability with optimum maintenance costs per ton of product produced.

OPE^R is performed by teaming Andritz experts with mill operations people and the maintenance partner, or a specialized maintenance labour supplier.
