Located in Montbonnot, France, the ANDRITZ Perfojet technical center provides support for trials, product development, marketing tests, training, and other support services

The Montbonnot technical center supports customers with trials, product development, marketing tests, technical training, and expert service with the most advanced spunlace technology. It comprises two complete pilot lines - one for Spunlace and the other for Spunjet Bond and Spunjet Soft production.

The Spunlace pilot line is equipped with opening/blending, high-speed carding machine, hydroentanglement unit (Jetlace 3000), airlaid formation, a Perfojet unit for patterning, a dewatering system, through-air dryer (Perfodry 3000), kiss roll applicator, and winder.

The laboratory for testing nonwovens fabrics includes the following instruments
