Cooling and sifting of pellets

Prior to storage, pellets are cooled down to an ambient temperature of +5° C to obtain the most suitable criteria for storage over a shorter as well as a longer period of time.

The ANDRITZ counter-flow cooler solutions ensure the correct temperature, which avoids moisture being expelled during storage and mold forming on finished aquatic pellets.

The vertical cooler is suitable for optimum cooling of aquatic feed based on customer application and preferences. This cooler prepares the aquatic feed optimally for storage and is one of the cleanest solutions on the market, mainly due to its discharge system.
