ANDRITZ offers accurate dosing of vitamins and micro-nutrition to secure the quality of aquatic feed pellets. Batch weighing of micro ingredients according to recipe in a fast and accurate process avoids cross-contamination and provides nutritious aquatic feed pellets. Weighing of micro and macro ingredients is used for dosing of vitamins and micro-nutrients to the feed mixture.

The weighing system consists of a steel structure supporting a number of silos with discharge screws dosing into a common weighing bin. Constituents are weighed in the suspended weighing bin and the bottom slide gate of the bin opens for emptying when the weighing process is complete.
