ANDRITZ develops drying solutions for nonwoven webs to meet the exacting needs of producers. Through-air drying systems offer a compact design and unrivalled efficiency. ANDRITZ Perfojet offers two series of dryers:
- A staple fiber dryer, Perfodry
- A continuous filament dryer, neXdry
neXline finish, combining the neXaqua dewatering system with the neXdry through-air drying unit

High-efficiency dewatering
In addition to through-air drying, ANDRITZ supplies the neXaqua squeezing device which removes maximum moisture from the web before the through-air dryer. The combination of neXaqua and the drying unit saves significant amounts of energy while ensuring high nonwovens product quality.
