Stabilizing, improving, and optimizing plant performance
ANDRITZ Advanced TMP (ATMP) technology is the latest in a series of breakthroughs to reduce electric power consumption. The ATMP process is suitable for most softwood species and is outstanding with various pines. It can be implemented in stages during the rebuild of a conventional TMP plant.
The BCTMP (bleached chemi-thermomechanical pulp) process is a mechanical pulping technology which uses sodium sulfite for impregnation. ANDRITZ has developed new and improved technologies which are superior to the conventional BCTMP process.
Flexible solutions for conveying process materials
Technologies and services for challenging mechanical pulp mill evaporation and heat recovery applications are all available from ANDRITZ.
Helping to achieve operational readiness
State-of-the-art solutions for sack paper applications
The key to developing laboratory refining equipment is to tailor a system to the specific needs of a university, research institute, or mill. Accordingly, a great variety of different systems can be configured with regard to feeding arrangements, impregnation and cooking conditions, refining parameters, and pressure ratings. For these smaller capacities and throughput rates, accurate feeding and metering is vital to reliable and reproducible test results.
Providing maximum brightness with minimum chemical consumption for SC, LWC, improved newsprint, and bleached board grades
High quality fibers at minimum energy demand
ANDRITZ supplies single equipment for pulp flash drying lines, as well as turnkey plants.
Superior systems for wet pulp storage
Reducing the risk to people, plant, and investment
For all climates, species, and industries
