Waste Pelleting

Waste pelleting - From waste to environmental friendly new products

Pellets from recycling products

Pellets from recycling products as substitute fuel or for further processing to a specified bulk material.

Hereby a number of advantages can be achieved

  • Easier handling
  • Lower transport costs
  • Better storage capabilities
  • Homogenous fuel of identical standard
  • Specified bulk material for further processing
  • Environmental friendly

Products from the recycling process:

  • Paper sludge
  • Plastics PE and PP
  • Wood
  • Carpet waste
  • Houshold waste

Recycled into new products:

  • Plastics
  • Stabilizers
  • Compost
  • Sewage sludge
  • Chemicals
  • Chicken manure
  • Electronic waste
  • Industrial dust
  • PUR foam (e.b.refrigerator recycling)

Competence in pelleting of recycling products

Within our company the technical demands on our equipment have increased continuously over the past 20 years. Our pellet mills excel through high reliablility, maximum efficiency, easy handling and maintenance as well as low production costs.

The pelleting process

In the pelleting process loose material is converted to compressed material. As a result of the pressure and heat applied to the substances, the density of the material is increased by a factor of up yo 10, in pellets with diameters of 3 up to 30mm.

The pellets produced in this manner are compact, dustless and easy to transport. Compactness and dimensions of all pellets are always identical (under identical production conditions). By producing pellets out of fluff (lightly compacted materials) a high quality of substitute fuel is obtained.

In order to achieve a homogenous processing of the different primary materials, steam or water can be added in our conditioner before the material is transported to the pellet mill.
