ANDRITZ presents complete nonwovens solutions at ANEX 2012
Based on the comprehensive product and service offerings of ANDRITZ Asselin-Thibeau, ANDRITZ Küsters, and ANDRITZ Perfojet, international technology Group ANDRITZ offers many years of experience and state-of-the-art technologies in the supply of complete nonwovens lines. The team of experts from ANDRITZ will present latest developments and services at ANEX 2012, booth G3, from June 13-15, 2012.
High-performance spunlace lines
In the spunlace sector, ANDRITZ is the only machine manufacturer acting as system supplier and offering high-speed integrated production lines with unequalled energy efficiency ratio. The neXline spunlace – which includes the Excelle carding system, the Jetlace hydroentanglement process, the neXaqua dewatering unit, the Perfodry through-air dryer, and the neXcal twin embossing calender – provides a major competitive advantage to spunlace producers. The optimum solution for top-speed spunlace lines for commodity products is a combination of Excelle card and Jetlace Essentiel, producing lightweight spunlace at very high capacity and low MD/CD ratio. For new, developing markets, the combination of the Axcess carding machine and the Jetlace Avantage hydroentanglement process is a proven concept, designed to produce lightweight fabrics at low operating costs.
Reliable design of needlepunching lines for geotextile
ANDRITZ´s latest innovation in the cross-lapping technology for durables markets, the ACS system, is capable of handling bulky card webs when feeding a cross-lapper. The ProDyn technology guarantees uniformity of the web. Combined with the needle loom series A50, this solution provides a clear competitive edge for end users.
Full solutions for spunlaid process
With the neXline finish, ANDRITZ combines excellent technologies, from bonding to finishing, and meets the demand for reliable, first-class production equipment with significant added value. The process solutions dedicated to lightweight spunbond nonwovens for hygiene applications begin with the twin thermobonding calender and include dosing, application of hydrophilic surfactants, drying, and process control. The spunjet system offers a new generation of nonwovens with superior fabric properties with regard to bulk, softness, drape, and tensile strength. ANDRITZ’s customers now have the opportunity to combine the spunjet technology with a thermobonding calender in one line. Depending on the requirements of the final product, thermal bonding and/or hydroentanglement can be applied.
Unique solution in wetlaid technology
Combining the wetlaid and spunlace technologies has resulted in the neXline wetlace, producing fully biodegradable nonwovens with neither chemical additives nor thermal bonding. For ANDRITZ, sustainability is a continuous driver for developing innovative processes. ANDRITZ provides state-of-the-art technology to give customers a competitive edge whilst protecting the environment in the best possible way. Sustainable technologies, however, need life-cycle support to ensure top performance. For this reason, ANDRITZ also offers comprehensive service including upgrades, rebuilds, spare and wear parts, audits, preventive maintenance, and on-site support.
