ANDRITZ (PKP-Service) is seeking a self-motivated individual to provide support to the product managers and service area for the Wood Yard. This position will report to Oldsmar, FL.

Detailed Job Description

Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties:



o Coordinate and/or perform the following activities for PKP Service Wood Yard in Alpharetta:

o Generate SAP quote numbers and electronic folders for Upgrade, Rebuild, Field Service, and Service Contract customer quotes.

o Prepare and distribute field service quotes to the customer.

o Prepare completed field service orders for customer invoicing.

o Audit all orders to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to entering order.

o Enter and acknowledge sales orders in SAP.

o Generate and track purchase requisitions for project purchasing from request forms provided by Project Managers

o Maintain both hard file and electronic file for all projects, field service orders, service contracts, and off-site inventory.

o Maintain project status report for all projects and service contracts.

o Schedule and report activities/jobs of the representatives on a weekly schedule.

o Work closely with management on potential problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

o Assist Project Managers in maintaining customer account, project scopes, contract renewals and account maintenance needs.

o Along with Controller and other Project Controllers work on policies, procedures and training for sales and service staff and needed.

o Assist with various project accounting functions.

o Travel (2-3 trips per year within US).


  • Two+ years of experience as an Accounting Clerk, Accountant or Project Administrator.
  • Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with M3 and/or SAP is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Perform moderately complex tasks requiring a fundamental knowledge of the Company's products and services.
