Service contracts
ANDRITZ supports customers in extending the efficiency and value of their solid/liquid separation equipment and drying plants by offering service and maintenance, repair options, upgrades, and modernizations.
ANDRITZ offers custom-tailored service contracts for machines or plants, with contracts ranging from periodic visits by a service technician to dedicated on-site personnel. These contracts provide customers with a safe planning basis for several years, with costs according to plan, and protect the machine by means of preventive measures during regular and planned maintenance work.
Contracts typically contain inspection service and repairs, as well as specific stock-keeping of spare parts packages. We offer two contract models, "grading according to wear category" and "fixed price category", depending on the annual number of operating hours. Full maintenance includes service and maintenance of all components of the machine. Customers with service agreements receive a comprehensive guarantee for their machine for the duration of the service contract. Planning of maintenance intervals and service work on the machine is also provided.
