Deflection-controlled rolls for the best finishing effect

S-roll
The first deflection-controlled roll was developed by Eduard Küsters 60 years ago. The “Swimming Roll Küsters” (S-roll) has been continuously improved with technical developments to match the needs of users. From its very beginnings, the S-roll technology has set the standard for finishing excellence: proven over 20,000 times all around the globe.
HyCon roll
The HyCon roll has hydrostatic deflection control that makes it ideal for applications where two different finishing effects are desired with one fabric passage. The hydrostatic elements are arranged at a 90° angle, allowing the roll to press in two different directions independently.
Xpro roll
The Xpro roll is the newest member of the deflection-controlled roll family. Dedicated for technical textile applications, the roll meets producers’ highest demands by enabling individually adjustable zone treatment over the entire fabric width.
