Key equipment
Andritz offers complete deinking systems including well-proven equipment in every process step. From the FibreFlow® drum pulper through screening, cleaning, flotation, dewatering/thickening, dispersion and bleaching, as well as sludge handling – every step is covered by highly efficient and reliable equipment.
Process know-how
Extensive process know-how acquired through decades enables us to specify the right system for the various deinking applications. Andritz has built successful deinking plants around the world. Our experience can be applied to your project with proven profitability and reduced technical risk.
System integration
When developing components for each process step, we also develop the understanding of how individual equipment performs most efficiently in the entire system. As a result we have also been able to combine two process steps in a single unit. Hundreds of installations give us the foundation for suggesting improvements and modifying equipment for each new application.
Engineering
To work efficiently and with the highest quality, we mainly use our in-house engineering capabilities. We perform basic/detail plant and process engineering, 3D planning, electrical and control engineering, DCS programming and factory acceptance tests. Our ELDOC documentation system provides Erection-Operation-Maintenance (EOM) instructions on an intelligent CD-ROM – with database, user-friendly interface and search functions.
Project management, as well as supervision to turnkey installations
Our project managers are experienced and skilled in international project management. We have a history of success in completing first-class turnkey installations on time. Depending upon the level of support you need, we can supply services ranging from erection supervision, start-up and commissioning to complete turnkey – even EPC – responsibility.
