Mechanical Pulping Systems

The Mechanical Pulping Systems delivers technology which produces high-yield mechanical pulp with very attractive economics.  High-quality mechanical fibers are produced at lower specific energy consumption with minimal impact on the environment.

Mechanical pulping technology includes chip impregnation systems, pre-treatment systems to reduce extractives, energy-efficient refining systems, high-consistency bleaching systems, and front-end systems for MDF or OSB production.

Our Division is headquatered in Vienna, Austria, with significant operations in Graz, Austria; Montreal, Canada and Muncy, USA.

The Mechanical Pulping Challenge: lowering costs through process simplification and energy efficiency.
