The discharge of pulp from a pressurized reactor (typically required in oxygen delignification and bleaching processes) creates a potential of plugging and/or channeling in the reactor if not done correctly.
The Andritz Reactor Discharger (AFlow ARD) fluidizes the pulp, making its flow characteristics similar to water and ensuring that thedischarge of pulp from the reactor smooth and clog-free.
The AFlow ARD series can handle capacities up to 4000 ADMT/d.
