Eco Press – Bark Press
The robust construction and simple drive mechanisms make Eco Press an efficient component in preparing your bark for fuel. The EcoPress dewaters the bark in a single pass, ensuring high bark dryness with a minimum of solids in the expelled water. EcoPress is designed with an automatic bark measuring feature that measures the bark material level and adjusts according to bark flow.
BMV-15 – Bark Shredder
This sturdy bark shredder is right at home in the automated woodroom. This unit is not sensitive to foreign objects as it produces a homogeneous end product. The BMV is designed for optimum bark particle size. Bark is fed into the shredder from a conveyor, and is processed with a combination of hammers and knives to complete the shredding operation. Most foreign objects are crushed by the hammers but should a large uncrushable object enter the unit the swiveling rotor knives will swing away, additionally the upper stator hammers are mounted flexibly with an overload pin for safety.
Hooper – Bark Shredder
This well proven bark shredder has well over 150 installations world wide. A range of capacity levels makes it an ideal fit for your operation. Its rugged design and reliable infeed allows the Hooper Bark Shredder to shred large pieces of bark and occasional small pieces of solid wood for use in boiler fuel or mulch. Pivoting knives swing back of the shredding zone with they hit rocks or metal, allowing the tramp material to discharge with minimum consequence.
