Andritz supplies mechanical pulping processes and equipment for all kinds of wood and annual fibers. Andritz‘s softwood mechanical pulping systems are based on proven RTS TMP technology. Additional energy savings can be achieved with a novel chip pre-treatment process (RT pre-treatment/RT Fibration). The chemi-mechanical pulping of high-quality hardwood and annual fibers is based upon the advanced P-RC APMP technology. These low-energy technologies contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas (CO2) emissions and pollution. Well-proven equipment for HC and LC Refining, Bleaching, Dewatering and Washing complement Andritz‘s portfolio of products for the mechanical pulping industry – making it a comprehensive supplier with a full range of process knowledge. For chemical pulping lines, we supply any high conisistency systems for Blowline Refining and Sack Refining. In addition, Andritz is the leading supplier for Laboratory Systems for mechanical pulping in cooperation with leading R&D and research facilities. By offering Woodyards, Mechanical Pulp Fiberlines, Flash Drying Systems, Slab Presses and Bale Finishing Lines as part of its product portfolio, Andritz offers complete mechanical pulping production lines from log to finished pulp bale. Our process and equipment knowledge has been acquired through decades. We build upon this base of knowledge through continued investments in research and development. Our Pilot Plant and research facilities in the USA and Europe are centers for technical development, customer trials, equipment trials, and basic research tailored to a customer‘s specific requirements. Andritz offers a complete product range of systems for mechanical pulping, including chip washing, chip pre-treatment, refining, screening, bleaching, washing, and dewatering. Whatever the application, we accept the challenge to design the most efficient system for each customer‘s specific needs. To work efficiently and with high quality, we mainly use in-house engineering capabilities. We perform basic/detail plant and process engineering, 3D planning, electrical and control engineering, DCS programming, and factory acceptance tests. Our ELDOC documentation system provides Erection-Operation-Maintenance (EOM) instructions in digital format – with a user-friendly interface, search functions, and relational database. Depending upon the level of support you need, we supply project management services ranging from erection supervision, start-up and commissioning to complete turnkey – even EPC – responsibility. Our project managers are experienced and skilled in international project management. We have a history of success in completing first-class turnkey installations on time and within budget.
