Heavy duty belt press - CPF
The ANDRITZ heavy duty belt press has been used successfully in almost all fields of industrial dewatering for more than three decades. It has been developed continuously for special applications.
The ANDRITZ CPF is available in several designs. The number of S-rolls is combined individually with several press nips to solve the most difficult dewatering problems. Special coatings for highly abrasive and/or corrosive applications provide a long service life.

The optimum performance of the ANDRITZ CPF is the result of a number of features, such as:
- Liftable ploughs
- Robust gravity and wedge zone supported by rolls
- Large perforated rolls for pre-press zone
- S-rolls with decreasing diameter for increasing dewatering pressure
- Pneumatic wire tensioning device with mechanical synchronization for optimum wire racking
- Rolls and roll journals rubber covered
- Fully automatic wire tracking device
- Separately controlled double hydraulic drive to accommodate thicker press cake
