The design of ANDRITZ PrimeCut Easy core cutter allows for precise cutting and tailoring of cores for all common diameters.
Easy cutting
The PrimeCut Easy core cutter is designed for manual operation. It saws through laminated fiber cores. The following models are available for handling different core diameter ranges:
- PrimeCut Easy S: Outer core diameter 90 to 200 mm
- PrimeCut Easy X: Outer core diameter 90 to 350 mm
Automation is the key
The automatic core cutter PrimeCut Auto operates very precisely and easily, allowing for flexibility in application. Integrating a PrimeCut Auto with a winder enables automatic feeding of cores to the winding process.
