ANDRITZ acquires Herr-Voss Stamco, USA

International technology Group ANDRITZ has acquired Herr-Voss Stamco Inc., headquartered in Callery, Pennsylvania, USA, and is thus enlarging its service and product offerings for North American customers in the metals sector.

ANDRITZ Herr-Voss Stamco has around 300 employees and generates annual sales of approximately 50 million euros. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

ANDRITZ Herr-Voss Stamco generates a major portion of its sales with service business. In addition to a very comprehensive service portfolio, the company is one of the leading suppliers of coil and sheet metal processing solutions for both ferrous and non-ferrous applications worldwide. With over 100 years of history in the metals processing industry, ANDRITZ Herr-Voss Stamco has around 1,600 customer references inside and outside North America. Many of these customers operate in the currently highly active North American automotive and oil/gas industries.
