ANDRITZ Pro+ service contracts typically contain provisions for inspection, maintenance, repairs, and spare/wear parts inventory management.
We offer five packages from covering management of wear and replacement parts up to full service. The packages are tailored-made to the customers’ production requirements and the scheduling is typically based on operating hours or production throughput for the production equipment in the line.
Full service includes maintenance and service and maintenance of all components of the machine. Customers with service agreements receive a comprehensive guarantee for their machine for the duration of the service agreement.
