The ADuro H is a horizontally fed and high-capacity shredder mainly used to process municipal solid waste, industrial waste, and wood used as biomass. The material is usually fed via conveyor to a vibrating table that spreads it evenly to the cutting unit, which consists of a rotor equipped with specially arranged cutting tools.
The special design of the cutting unit with four rows of high- and low-mounted cutters arranged in an X-pattern, and the different screen sizes allow for a great level of flexibility regarding the output material. Its resistance against potential contaminants is based on a swinging cutting system, which ensure that when a contaminant enters the cutting unit, the cutting tools react inside the rotor.
The hydraulic service door is designed with safety and efficiency in mind and provides full access to the cutting unit to ensure ease of maintenance. The motor transfers energy through hydraulic tensioned belts, which reduce the heat generation and energy consumption.
