2006ANDRITZ acquires VA Tech Hydro. VA Tech Hydro Canada Inc. is created


ANDRITZ completes the acquisition and integration of GE Hydro. ANDRITZ VA Tech Hydro Ltd is created. Only remaining Canadian manufacturing facility is the Bar Plant in Lachine, Quebec
