Media details for public events
Data protection information according to Article 13 GDPR
Current version: August 1, 2022
Media creation at events
During public events of ANDRITZ, photos/videos/audio recordings will be taken, which ANDRITZ may use on websites, social media platforms, in printed publications, or show at other public events.
The consent to the processing of the photos/videos/audio recordings can be revoked at any time for the future. The legality of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation is not affected by this.
Despite all technical and organizational measures, it cannot be ruled out that third parties may reuse photos/videos/audio recordings or pass them on to other persons. If the recordings are available on the Internet, they will be removed as far as possible (on ANDRITZ-owned or ANDRITZ-controlled platforms).
To withdraw your consent, send an informal letter as well as the medium itself or a link to the medium or a detailed description (medium, event, date, etc.) where you saw/heard it in action to:
Stattegger Strasse 18

If the rights and freedoms of a person depicted are violated for reasons worthy of special consideration, we will refrain from further processing by taking appropriate measures. Making persons unrecognizable in print media that have already been issued cannot take place. Deletion on the website or in social media channels shall take place within the scope of technical possibilities (on ANDRITZ's own or ANDRITZ-controlled platforms).
After the legitimate interest has ceased to exist or in the event of revocation by the authorized person, the data will be deleted within two months.
