Welcome to the explanation of the ANDRITZ Hydro shipping process valid for all ANDRITZ Hydro Austria locations.
Notification of Readiness for Dispatch
The Supplier shall notify the Purchaser in writing by e mail of its readiness for dispatch no later than two (2) calendar days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Such notification shall be complete and shall include, as a minimum, the following information and documents:
- Packing List, duly completed using the mandatory LMS template
- ANDRITZ Purchase Order number and corresponding Purchase Order item number
- Total number of packages
- Gross weight per package, stated in kilograms (kg)
- Dimensions of each package (length × width × height), stated in centimeters (cm)
- Scheduled delivery date and delivery time
- Delivery address
- Pickup address, specified pickup time window, and nominated contact person for collection
