ANDRITZ erwirbt Herr-Voss Stamco, USA

Der internationale Technologiekonzern ANDRITZ erwarb das Unternehmen Herr-Voss Stamco Inc. mit Hauptsitz in Callery, Pennsylvania, USA, und erweitert damit sein Service- und Produktangebot für nordamerikanische Kunden im Metallbereich.

ANDRITZ Herr-Voss Stamco hat rund 300 Mitarbeiter und erzielt einen Jahresumsatz von circa 50 Millionen Euro. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.

ANDRITZ Herr-Voss Stamco erzielt den Großteil seines Umsatzes aus dem Servicegeschäft. Das Unternehmen verfügt nicht nur über ein sehr umfangreiches Serviceangebot, sondern ist auch einer der weltweit führenden Anbieter von Bund- und Blechbearbeitungssystemen für Eisen- und Nichteisenmetall-Anwendungen. Mit einer mehr als 100-jährigen Geschichte in der Metall verarbeitenden Industrie hat ANDRITZ Herr-Voss Stamco rund 1.600 Kundenreferenzen inner- und außerhalb Nordamerikas. Viele dieser Kunden sind in der derzeit sehr aktiven Automobil- sowie Öl- und Gasindustrie Nordamerikas tätig.

ANDRITZ METALS
