Following the successful performance of the first line installed at the Kashipur facility, Metro Decorative has once again selected ANDRITZ to support its growth in MDF production. The new system is scheduled to start up in the third quarter of 2026.
The scope of supply includes a pressurized refining system with a capacity of 30 t/h. Key components are the powerful S1056 refiner for high-performance fiber production, a 20” plug screw feeder with improved wear resistance, and a pressurized digester with counterflow and steam regulation. This refiner is compatible with production rates exceeding 1000 m3/day, enabling greater output and scalability.
