ANDRITZ to present innovative technologies for sustainable tissue production at Tissue World Miami

International technology group ANDRITZ will be presenting its innovative technologies for sustainable tissue production at Tissue World Miami, booth #B20, USA, from March 16 to 18, 2022.

ANDRITZ experts will hold conference speeches at the fair with focus on the following topics:

  • First-time use of bio-syngas for drying in the paper industry at Sofidel Sweden (Kisa plant) – presentation together with University of Pisa as technology partner.
  • Production of premium tissue grades with innovative TAD (Through-Air Dried) technology with focus on energy savings and cost-efficiency.
  • Latest steel Yankee technologies and value-added services for enhanced tissue quality with economical use of resources, and high impact on tissue quality. ANDRITZ’s steel Yankees are real giants with up to 26 ft. in diameter that enable energy-efficient drying with 8-10% better machine performance compared to cast-iron Yankees.
