The upgraded cylinder is designed for quick, straightforward cleaning. Operators first remove the suction lintels from the machine and clean them off line. With the lintels removed, deposits can be cleared thoroughly, so the vacuum slot remains fully open and dewatering efficiency is maintained.
Front windows in the sleeve also provide direct access to the inside of the cylinder. The inner suction pipe can therefore be inspected and cleaned through these openings, without dismantling the sleeve or drum. This shortens maintenance work, limits downtime, and helps preserve consistent suction performance and fabric quality.
