Advanced drainage analysis for enhanced papermaking

Dynamic Drainage Analyzer (DDA) is an advanced system that replicates real life pulp production environments, providing accurate measurements of drainage, permeability, and other key parameters to boost efficiency and product quality. It is a valuable tool for both optimizing production and improving overall quality.

Traditionally, DDA has been used for chemical pulping. The analyzer is also applicable for nanocellulose, MFC, and other special applications.

The unique vacuum drainage simulates conditions on paper machines, and the shear can be precisely controlled to simulate pumps and other equipment. DDA (Dynamic Drainage Analyzer) has a turbidity sensor, which is used to automatically display retention values. Drainage speed, initial drainage and temperature readings are presented for chosen time intervals. Users will also benefit from increased productivity, as the equipment is automatically cleaned after each analysis.
