Dedert has been awarded a spray drying project for pea protein isolate in Europe

We are pleased to announce Dedert has been selected to provide the spray drying technology for a new greenfield plant-based protein facility in Europe. The spray drying systems will feature Dedert’s latest innovation in spray drying for producing high-quality specialty food ingredients. The plant is scheduled for completion in 2025.
