Our sustainability reports and disclosures

Driven by our commitment to sustainable industrial transformation, innovation and investments in decarbonization, we create growth that matters, while ensuring transparency and accountability through our sustainability reporting.

Annual and sustainability reporting

We report our sustainability information in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Previously, sustainability-related disclosures were included within the ANDRITZ Group’s Annual Financial Report and followed the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standard.

We also share key sustainability highlights in our Annual Report.

UN Global Compact Communication on Progress

As a participant in the UN Global Compact, we are committed to upholding responsible business practices aligned with its Ten Principles. These principles span four key areas: human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.

In line with this commitment, we publish an annual Communication on Progress, demonstrating our ongoing efforts and accountability in these areas.

ESG ratings and recognitions

Our sustainability performance is assessed by various ESG rating agencies at regular intervals. In addition to measures for climate protection, these assessments examine topics such as companies’ social commitment, diversity, occupational health and safety, and sustainable governance. We are interested in an intensive exchange of information with these rating agencies, and we strive to continuously improve our ratings. Weare assessed annually by several ESG rating agencies. Examples of these ratings are provided below.

Reporting in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) is mandatory for ANDRITZ under the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). ESRS replaces the previously used GRI framework and is widely recognized for offering a more comprehensive and structured approach to sustainability disclosures.
