My journey began in 2017 in project management for spares and services. Since then, I have continuously grown through diverse responsibilities, international collaboration, and working on complex customer requirements. Each step has broadened my business perspective and helped me develop both professionally and personally.
Today, as Senior Manager – Spares & Services, I am responsible for regional operations in India while also contributing to global initiatives. What matters most to me is building strong customer relationships, continuously improving service quality, and driving sustainable growth.
Through consistent focus on operational excellence, supporting the team, and building trust with customers, I have contributed to shaping a strong, dedicated Small Service Business team and driving improvements that boosted top‑line growth.
Looking back, ANDRITZ has played a defining role in my development – not only professionally, but also personally. I have learned to listen, to value different perspectives, and to work with my team to create solutions that deliver real value.
