Collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds, nationalities, and disciplines allows me to constantly learn, exchange knowledge, and grow – both professionally and personally. These connections go beyond daily business, creating a strong sense of community and shared purpose.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is the opportunity to travel and experience new places. My work has taken me to incredible countries, where I have met inspiring people and gained valuable perspectives that shape the way I approach challenges and teamwork.
Looking back, ANDRITZ Hydropower has given me the opportunity to continuously develop – not only in my career, but also as a person. Being part of this global network means being part of something bigger: a team that works together across borders to create lasting impact.
