ANDRITZ Metals USA is the sole source for authorized service and replacement parts for Herr-Voss Stamco, Lodge & Shipley and Columbia shears. We design and manufacture replacement parts for ALL manufactured brands of shears including the use of ASKO (American Shear Knife Co.) shear blades.
Whether direct drive, hydraulic, or a mechanical shear, we’ve built them and rebuilt them. Changing material thickness without adjusting to proper knife gap not only causes poor sheared edge on the material, it can cause undue wear and stress on the shear components. Sure wearable components can be replaced, however sometimes it is necessary to assess frame damage and recut critical surfaces.
