Pilot spray dryer

Small-scale spray dryer for R&D, scale-up, and small-scale production

Small-scale spray drying solution for process development

ANDRITZ Dedert small-scale spray dryers support R&D teams and manufacturers in testing, optimizing, and validating spray drying processes before full-scale industrial implementation. The systems are designed to bridge the gap between pilot trials and industrial production by enabling controlled small‑scale manufacturing and reliable scale‑up.

Pilot spray dryer

From pilot trials to industrial scale‑up

The small-scale spray dryer enables process development under industry-relevant conditions, supporting drying scale‑up and process validation while maintaining flexibility for product and parameter changes.
