External Reporting Channel

Reports may also be submitted through the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.

Confidentiality

All reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers. Whistleblowers acting in good faith are protected from any form of retaliation.

Knowingly False Reports

A natural person who submits a knowingly false report is not entitled to protection against retaliatory measures. A whistleblower commits an offense by submitting a knowingly false report.

Identification Requirements

When filing a report, it is necessary to provide identifying information such as first name, last name, and date of birth, or another identifier to verify identity. In the case of anonymous reports, protection against retaliatory measures cannot be provided.
