Mult-E-Nip*

ANDRITZ’s new Mult-E-Nip press upgrade, that
is available for DPA presses, both LC and MC
applications, allows increased production and
improved washing efficiency. The upgrade has multiple
wash zones and nips.

UniFeed*

UniFeed is an upgraded product available for DPA and DPB wash press feed systems which provides uniform pulp feeding without plugging. The standard delivery consists of the UniFeed feeding header and an optimization of the wash press internal geometries for improved wash efficiency.

SureFeed*

SureFeed technology is a bolt-on, center fed upgrade which results in more even pulp distribution along the press. This results in less plugging; maximizing the efficiency of the press and reducing maintenance time.

UniDry* Anti-Rewet Technology

ANDRITZ UniDry eliminates the tendency for dry pulp to absorb the excess fluid in the nip area during roll rotation by controlling filtrate fluid dynamics inside the filtrate channel. This solution can be installed during a normal annual shutdown and does not need modifications to roll construction/design.
