CASE STUDY
In a case study, a standardized test with 300 questions was developed to test competency when comparing simulation-based versus instructor-led training. Questions were given in three intervals: once before any training, once after the classroom, then once again after the Operator Training Simulation, these were the results:
- Competency before any training: 20.3%
- Competency after classroom: 26.7%
- Competency with OTS: 85.0%
