Alongside our publicly available policies, we maintain internal policies that form the foundation of our sustainability approach.

Group Environment Policy Declares ANDRITZ’s commitment to protecting the environment, including biodiversity protection, hazardous substances, resource efficiency, use of recycled and renewable materials, climate actions. The policy also addresses energy, water, waste, chemicals, conflict minerals, and products and services. 
Group Health and Safety Policy  Sets goals, requirements, and minimum standards for health and safety (H&S) management across ANDRITZ Group. 
Group Human Resources Policy  Aims to manage a diverse global workforce: ensure cohesion, apply HR strategies worldwide, recruit and develop talent, monitor satisfaction and retention rates, and comply with local laws. 
Group Product Quality Policy  Defines general rules for ANDRITZ’s product quality, including environmental requirements for all businesses and supplies. 
Group Procurement Policy Defines ANDRITZ’s procurement strategy and minimum standards, requiring suppliers to follow the Supplier Code of Conduct and Ethics and prioritizing sustainability alongside quality and performance. 
Group Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy Sets ANDRITZ’s commitment to prohibit all forms of bribery and provides guidance on gifts, entertainment, donations, and third-party dealings, stressing transparency and accountability. 
Product Carbon Footprint Calculation Policy Defines the procedure, responsibilities and required tasks to calculate and communicate the product carbon footprint (PCF) of ANDRITZ products, parts and services in accordance with ISO 14067. 
Group IT and Automation Cyber Security Management Policy Defines ANDRITZ’s approach to protecting information, systems, and digital assets through data protection, incident response, risk management, and the continuous improvement of cybersecurity practices. The policy applies to employees and third parties acting on behalf of ANDRITZ and establishes responsibilities for identifying, managing, and reporting cybersecurity risks and incidents.
AI Usage GuidelineDefines ANDRITZ’s requirements for the secure, responsible, and compliant use of artificial intelligence, including data protection, the use of approved AI tools, and the safeguarding of confidential and proprietary information. The guideline requires human review of AI-generated outputs and establishes clear responsibilities for the appropriate use of AI tools.
